Not able to get to a yoga class? I have you covered! My online, virtual yoga classes are a great way for you to build a yoga practice into your busy schedule no matter where you are in the world. Enjoy a personalised yoga practice from the comfort of your home, office, or hotel room! I offer a 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and intentions prior to your first class, so that I can create a personalised class designed especially for you.
What is the set-up and how does it work?
All you need is space to roll out your yoga mat, a computer, laptop or iPad and a good internet connection. Sessions will take place via Zoom (similar to Skype) which is very easy to download and work.
We’ll connect beforehand via email or Skype so you have the opportunity to explain your needs, challenges and goals to me and we’ll also schedule a short call before the first session to check the lighting, sound, internet connection and placement of the mat so that I can see you standing and sitting. Classes can last from 30-60 minutes.
What other advantages are there to online private yoga sessions?
Online private yoga sessions are less expensive than in-person private yoga sessions.
PLUS you will receive free video recordings of your online classes so that you can continue practicing the classes whenever you like.
The online yoga class will focus on your individual needs, challenges and goals so if you’re juggling work, family, life commitments and are feeling out of balance, we can talk about this and find a way back through yoga to feeling more centred, energised and at ease.
You can practice anywhere in the world, with a good internet connection.
It’s a very convenient, versatile and practical way to continue supporting your yoga practice.

You will be invited to join a private Facebook group, where you can connect with other people taking online classes and further explore your practice in a supportive online community.
