I stumbled across Grace Moore’s programme totally by chance and I embarked on her 21-day yoga and meditation intervention in January 2019. It was honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. As well as practising yoga every day I started to work my way through the workbook as well as partaking in a guided meditation each day. It was absolutely wonderful. Her meditations are up there with the best I have ever done and they were so creative that I never got bored.

I learnt so much about myself during the 21 days and my perception and outlook on life totally changed. One of the days resonated with me so much that I signed up to complete my diploma in teaching yoga (something that I had never had the courage to do before) and last Sunday I successfully completed my assessment. That really was all down to Grace changing the way I look at myself.

I had lots of experience in yoga and meditation prior to completing graces programme but it was so easy to follow that it would be accessible even for a complete newbie. Grace’s studio isn’t local to me but I would definitely travel to be guided by her and seeing that there are now virtual online options is SO exciting.
