My monthly workshops run on the first Friday of every month at MADE Wellness Centre. Each month will focus on a different theme centered around yoga, meditation and pranayama.

New to yoga, just finding your feet on that mat, or wanting to feel more confident with your practice? My workshops are for you. Come and join me to discover that you can have a beautiful and brilliant yoga practice even if your body isn’t bendy. No need to have even stepped on a mat before.

My workshops will gently explore how to mindfully meet yourself on the mat with kind, open, awareness; breathing techniques that help in our practice and beyond; the foundations of safe alignment for healthy, happy joints; modifications that enable us to celebrate our bodies’ differences; and finally we will nourish ourselves with a lovely, deep relaxation. 

Where are my workshops based?

I love to travel, explore and give my creative soul the blessing to roam free. My workshops are not based at one core venue. Expect unique, quirky and beautiful venues and locations. And if you have a particular idea or longing destination for your workshop I would love to hear it below!
